The Opportunity Education Program is an option that provides support to help students overcome learning barriers, such as those that might prompt students to drop out of school in the first place. This program provides a supportive environment with specialized curriculum, instruction, guidance and counseling, psychological services, and tutorial assistance. Normally, it is not a permanent placement, but a short-term system that will help students transition back into the classroom.
