Erica is a social worker with LSC, working with the Guardianship and Education Teams since October 2021. She began working with systems involved youth in graduate school at UC Berkeley, where she got her MSW in 2018. There, she worked with youth inside Alameda County Juvenile Justice Center, doing case management and therapy. From there she worked with youth on probation doing clinical case management in the community before coming to LSC. Before graduate school, she got her BA in Psychology at UC Santa Cruz in 2014 and worked at a domestic violence shelter in San Mateo. She feels passionately about supporting marginalized and system involved youth to access the care and resources they need and deserve. In her spare time, Erica likes to rock climb, watch horror movies with her friends, spend time with her puppy and listen to podcasts and music.
