Kim joined Legal Services for Children as the Intake and Outreach Attorney in June 2024. She earned a B.A in Latino Studies from San Francisco State University and graduated from Golden Gate University School of Law with experience in several sectors of public interest law, primarily immigrant rights advocacy. Prior to law school, Kim volunteered with the Dilley Pro Bono Project where she worked on the grounds of the South Texas Family Residential Center to prepare women for their Credible Fear Interviews and administer Know Your Rights presentations. While in law school, Kim continued advocating for immigrant rights while serving as an Immigrant Justice Clerk for Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights and interning with Immigration Center for Women and Children and Open Door Legal. Outside of work, Kim enjoys spending time outside roller skating, bike riding, and hiking.
